Idle for two ski seasons, Tenney Mountain could be reopening this winter, according to posts on the Tenney Mountain Facebook page on Wednesday.
Michael Bouchard announced "TENNEY - Reboot V3.0," promising "an 'Official' update shortly on the future plans for development and the upcoming 2022/2023 ski season."
He added, "I appreciated all your positive emails and support throughout this pandemic and I am very excited to welcome back all of our TENNEY community / 10eFaithful once again. The mike@TENNEY updates will soon be posted daily and any additional constructive comments or suggestions are always welcome."
Located just west of Plymouth, Tenney Mountain first debuted with lift service in December 1960. A Stadeli double chairlift was installed in 1964, serving 1,285 vertical feet. The area also features a Borvig triple chairlift and a platter pull.
