As reported on NewEnglandSkiHistory.com in early June, Mt. Sunapee will soon formally announce the installation of a refurbished high speed detachable quad in the Sun Bowl.
The operators presented the plan to the Mount Sunapee Advisory Committee on June 3, 2014, contingent upon the lift being removed at Okemo. Removal of the Northstar Express is expected to be completed soon, as Okemo works to install a new high speed 6 passenger bubble chairlift.
The Sun Bowl Quad is expected to be placed in storage for future replacement of the North Peak Triple.
