2020-21 Ski Season


With the ski season about a couple of months away, New England ski areas are beginning to reveal tentative operating plans for COVID-19.

Maine
Hermon Mountain - Not selling season passes until operational impacts announced.

Sugarloaf - Face masks required indoors/outdoors when physical distancing not possible, season pass sales suspended after October 12, possible lodge capacity limits.

Sunday River - Face masks required indoors, season pass sales suspended after October 12.

Massachusetts
Berkshire East - Face masks required indoors/outdoors when physical distancing not possible, possible reduction in skier services and/or movement to outdoors.

Blandford - Closed.

Catamount - Face masks required indoors/outdoors when physical distancing not possible, possible reduction in skier services and/or movement to outdoors.

Wachusett - Possible reservation-only, four-session-day with capacity limits and limit of one daily session per person (including season passholders), possible lodge capacity limits.

New Hampshire
Attitash - Face masks required indoors/outdoors, reservations required (including season passholders), no day ticket sales prior to December 8, cash not accepted, lodge capacity limits.

Bretton Woods - Possible pre-purchase requirement.

Crotched - Face masks required indoors/outdoors, reservations required (including season passholders), no day ticket sales prior to December 8, cash not accepted, lodge capacity limits.

King Pine - Possible reservation requirement (including season passholders), possible lodge capacity limits.

Loon - Face masks required, day ticket limits (pre-purchase only), season passes not currently on sale, possible lodge capacity limits.

Mt. Sunapee - Face masks required indoors/outdoors, reservations required (including season passholders), no day ticket sales prior to December 8, cash not accepted, lodge capacity limits.

Waterville Valley - Face masks required indoors/outdoors when physical distancing not possible, reservations for day tickets, possible lodge capacity limits.

Rhode Island
Yawgoo Valley - Capacity limits.

Vermont
Bolton Valley - Face masks required indoors and outdoors (except when skiing), possible lodge capacity limits.

Mad River Glen - Face masks required indoors and outdoors (when physical distancing not possible), possible day ticket limits.

Magic - Possible reservation requirement, capacity limitations, lodge capacity limits.

Okemo - Face masks required indoors/outdoors, reservations required (including season passholders), no day ticket sales prior to December 8, cash not accepted, lodge capacity limits.

Smugglers Notch - Face masks required indoors and outdoors (except when skiing), lodge capacity limits.
