According to a January 5, 2015 filing, Q Burke has recently applied under Vermont Act 250 to install night skiing lights on two lower mountain novice trails. Under the plan, Dashney Mile would be open via the Sherburne Express Quad, while Carter Country would be served by the J-bar.

The estimated $237,517 project would provide Vermont's only high speed quad served night skiing. The state's only remaining large scale night skiing facility is at Bolton Valley.

The plan would likely later play into the massive new hotel, which broke ground in mid 2014.
