Lift construction is nearing completion across New England in what is the largest installation season since 2004-05.

Five new lifts are being constructed in four states by four manufacturers.

In terms of new detachable chairlifts, Leitner Poma is installing a high speed six person bubble chairlift at Okemo (replacing a high speed quad) and Doppelmayr a new high speed quad at Ragged (replacing a triple).

New loading carpet quads are being installed by Doppelmayr at Stowe (replacing two doubles) and by SkyTrac at Berkshire East (replacing the Summit Triple).

A new Partek triple is being installed at Shawnee Peak, replacing the Rabbit Run double.

In terms of refurbished installations, a high speed quad is being installed at Sunapee, replacing the Sun Bowl Quad, while a triple is being installed at Camden Snow Bowl (where a double is being relocated as well).
